Isaac is an Ndoto student who has become an orphan in the last two years, and lost a sister. He has a younger brother, and they are the only two remaining in the family. He has also been battling stage 4 sarcoma since he became a sponsored student. Isaac has been poked and prodded by many doctors, frightened by doctors that want to give him the worst possible scenario, hopeless, and hurting.
At the same time, he has also gone through an incredible time of spiritual growth as he has walks this journey of cancer. He understands what it is to trust the Lord and walk with him in ways that many of us never will. He is now hopeful and at peace, knowing the God who holds the universe in his hand is also in charge of Isaac’s tumor and his care. Isaac knows that Jesus has his life and has purpose for him.
I was able to sit down with Isaac in April and talk about his journey with him on video. Please take a few minutes to watch, be inspired, and pray for our sweet Isaac to be healed and made whole from cancer.
